In a bid to meet its primary objectives, the Association organizes, facilitates and oversees various capacity building workshops tailored for the modeling, film, television and entertainment industries. KECAMTWA's Capacity Building Initiative involves a host of both mainstream and non-mainstream stakeholders such as casting directors, acting coaches, film producers and model trainers.
